Sean Morrison is a co-founder of Insight HR Consulting and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. As an experienced business leader Sean has developed a keen sense of leading business functions across finance, strategy, operations, M&A, and technology, ensuring businesses offer maximum value to all internal and external stakeholders. Sean is considered a strategic thought leader across many industries including tech, professional services, recruiting, multi-unit, and manufacturing making him a valuable addition to any executive team.
In addition to his role with Insight HR Consulting, Sean serves as the CEO of BizBox Restaurant Group and maintains close ties to the investor community as an avid entrepreneurial investor. From an academic standpoint, Sean studied at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command, known globally to be one of the most rigorous educational programs for nuclear, mechanical, and chemical engineering disciplines, and also holds his business degree from Hope International University.
Sean is an avid believer in serving others and maintains a high level of activity across his community and church. While he is not serving his community, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and friends. To round things out and stay balanced, Sean also enjoys surfing, mountain biking, hiking, and any form of exercise that gets him outdoors.

Vilma Brager is a co-founder of Insight HR Consulting and serves as our managing principal. Vilma offers our client partners over 20 years of human resource management and operations experience, including key HR leadership roles within a variety of industries and company sizes.
As a SHRM and HRCI certified HR professional, Vilma keeps her client partners in compliance and provides key insights into HR regulations, laws and best practices. Prior to becoming an HR professional, Vilma began her career in operations where she held leadership roles within large, multinational companies. This operational and business acumen has brought great value to her client partners, especially when consulting and advising business owners on HR matters such as compliance, employee relations, benefits, training, recruitment, talent management, leadership and organizational development.
In addition to her role at Insight HR Consulting LLC, Vilma has served on the Board of Directors for the Inland Empire Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Currently, Vilma is the President of the Inland Empire SHRM chapter in Southern California. She is also an Ambassador for the National Latina Business Women Association-Inland Empire. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development from the University of LaVerne and is a certified HR professional through SHRM and HRCI.
Vilma enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two furry pups. Her hobbies include reading books and learning to cook healthy recipes to share with family and friends.

Sheryl Moore is a Senior Partner with Insight HR Consulting. Sheryl brings over 20 years experience in human resources and executive client management in various industries, including entertainment, manufacturing, and education. Her experience includes serving as an Assistant Vice President of HR for a major financial institution. She is a subject matter expert in CA Labor Law Compliance, talent management and organizational leadership. She works closely with business owners as a strategic thought partner and business advisor, consulting on HR compliance, training, talent management, workforce and succession planning.
In addition to her role at Insight HR Consulting, Sheryl serves as Programs Chair for the Inland Empire Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Executive Chair for Road to Hollywood. Sheryl holds an Associates Degree in Human Resources Management from Ashworth College, as well as professional certifications including HR, DEIB, Business Coaching and Real Estate.
Sheryl enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and nephews. Her hobbies include professional styling, cooking, and travel.
